How can I place an order?

Browse through the website and select your favorite products. Choose your size of the product that you would like to buy and click on the “ADD TO BASKET” button on the product page. Your chosen products will appear in your shopping bag on the top right of the screen. Review the products in your shopping bag by clicking the sign of the ‘‘CART’’ on the right top of the page and click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” to complete your order.  If you have any problems, please contact customer care at [email protected].

How to create an account?

After a purchase is successfully made, a password shall be sent to your registered email address for you to log in when visiting our site just click Login at the top of menu bar, and then enter your e-mail address and password.

Protecting your jewelry
  • Store your jewellery in the original packaging to avoid prolonged exposure to air and scratches
  • Remove jewellery before washing hands, swimming and/or applying products i.e. Perfume, hairspray, soap, lotion, etc.
  • We recommend customers put on jewellery last when dressing and take off first when undressing.
  • Avoid contact with water/ liquid
  • Jewellery must not be exposed to chlorine or salt water, as this will dull the appearance.
  • Avoid hard contact i.e. knocking against objects that can scratch the jewel.
Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the fact that most of our jewellery is handmade we do not offer any refunds. In case that you are not fully happy with your purchase we will be able to offer you an exchange. Please contact us at [email protected] for more details.

Can I order a product I like from your social media, that is not listed to the e-shop’s products?

Yes, you can order a product that you liked on our Instagram account “THE UNDO” or our Facebook Page “THE UNDO” that is still in stock. Please send us email with a photo of the product you liked at [email protected] for more details.
